Quod's Role
WMI remains the most significant SRFI DCO consent granted by the SoS. The 300 hectare site lies is within the West Midlands Green Belt.
A major part of Quod’s case making was to provide the evidence to demonstrate the national and regional need for the SRFI and the lead the supporting alternative sites review to demonstrate no other sites could accommodate the need.
Quod managed the DCO application on behalf of the promoter and acted as Expert Witness at the DCO examination.
