Quod's Role
Quod’s role included building a supportable planning case for the Project; strategic planning advice throughout the project, including the timing and need for mitigation; the appropriate level of S106 contributions, the form and need for requirements, including engagement with statutory consultees; socio-economic and community impact assessment and cumulative impact assessment; formulation of workforce profile and advice on housing strategy.
