With completed and ongoing developments across Lisbon Street, Kirkstall Road and the former Yorkshire Post site, Quod continues to support the area’s transformation into a major mixed-use destination.

Quod's Role
Quod has provided ongoing planning and regeneration support across Leeds’s west end, an area experiencing significant mixed-use growth and investment. The team has secured planning permissions for over 2,219 residential units, substantial commercial floorspace, hotel accommodation and purpose-built student housing across multiple strategic sites. Quod supported the delivery of initial phases at Lisbon Street and the former Yorkshire Post site, while also securing consent for approximately 1,000 build-to-rent units along Kirkstall Road prior to a revised scheme being implemented. Current and future phases will continue to deliver new homes, office space and hospitality uses, reinforcing the west end as a key regeneration corridor within Leeds.
