OUR ROLE
Quod has extensive experience advising on regeneration and development opportunities throughout Leeds South Bank, supporting both strategic growth initiatives and long-term asset management. The team has advised on a number of key sites across the area, including Crown Point Shopping Park, the former gas holders site at Kidacre Street, Aire Park and the Marshalls Mill & Round Foundry portfolio. Quod has also supported redevelopment strategies affected by HS2 and Northern Powerhouse Rail safeguarding requirements. Alongside major regeneration proposals, the team secured positive pre-application support for residential development on behalf of previous landowners associated with The Guinness Partnership scheme.
