OUR ROLE

Quod has played a central role in the development of the Sizewell C DCO application, leading planning strategy, coordinating the consultant team and managing socio-economic, employment and community workstreams. Working closely with EDF Energy, Suffolk County Council and East Suffolk Council, Quod helped shape proposals sensitive to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Suffolk Coast and Heath AONB, and Sizewell Marshes SSSI. Quod prepared key submission documents including the Planning Statement, Economic Statement and Consultation Report, while also advising on accommodation, skills training and associated development strategies. Quod continues to support EDF through the examination process and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
