Overview
Quod secured planning permission for the London Project through approval by TMBC committee and delegated consent from SDC. The proposals included a 240-bed hotel, 78 visitor lodges, sports pavilion, pursuits area with tennis and padel courts, wild swimming lake, driving range and Callaway Elite Performance Centre alongside the refurbishment and repurposing of historic buildings. The planning committee praised the proposals and approach to consultation.
